Custom orders and favors for: Non-Profits Client Gifts Corporate Gifts Employee Thank You Gifts Monogrammed Family Gifts Parties Bridal Showers Birthdays Anniversaries Weddings or any other special events are available. To qualify for Private Labeling, the minimum order per specialty food item is 12 units. Private Label Options include custom label verbiage and/or custom logo on our packaged specialty foods and syrups. Image files must be in .jpeg or .png format. The custom labels are produced in-house on the same equipment used to print our JAVA & Co. labels. Hand printed. Hand labeled. The custom verbiage and/or logo will be in place of JAVA & Co.'s logo on packaging. The computer will automatically translate the colors (if applicable) of the logo image. If there is a specific font color and font style for verbiage, please identify and we will do our best to match as close as possible. Client will receive up to two digital proofs for final consideration and approval. Note: JAVA & Co. is still responsible for maintaining FDA label integrity with regards to food labeling, weight, ingredients and allergens. Email - in advance - javaandco@live.com if you have any questions or have a different logo format in order to verify JAVA & Co. software compatibility. The set-up charge is $45 per item / product, which includes two digital proofs. For two products, i.e., biscotti and caramel, the set-up charge will be $45 x 2 = $90. Enter (2) as the quantity when placing your order. Hard copy proofs are available - shipping charges will apply. Future orders, placed within one year, with the same logo will not pay the set-up charge. Please email the custom information ASAP with or in advance of your order. Order and place in your checkout cart - your specialty food items (those items to be custom branded) to include Delivery By date. We will contact you to confirm and begin the custom order. To qualify for Private Labeling, the minimum order per specialty food item is 12 units. Please allow a minimum of 4 weeks lead time for private label orders. For rush orders, call (971) 225-5220. NOTE: If you'd prefer to have professionally printed labels, we will work with a printing company to coordinate this for you.
