Products may be shipped using USPS, UPS Ground or Fedex Ground from Illinois to locations within the United States. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, a physical address is needed. Based upon the size of the order, JAVA & Co. reserves the right to change shippers and will pass any shipping savings on to you and adjust/credit your invoice accordingly.
LOCAL MARKET delivery is FREE and is available for qualifying orders placed in advance with a coordinated delivery at one of the local markets JAVA & Co. regularly attends. The shipping charges will be refunded in these approved instances. Email with questions or for more information.
STANDARD SHIPPING is available for all retail orders placed through www.javaandco.com The standard shipping charge is $9.99 for retail orders. The Standard Shipping Carrier is chosen at the discretion of JAVA & Co. based upon the order size and weight. Orders must be delivered to a single address. We are unable to ship to a P.O. Box. A physical address is required for delivery. Standard Shipping rates do not apply to Wholesale or ISR deliveries. UPS Ground and Fedex charges are not represented in the above amounts and will vary. UPS Ground and Fedex shipments ship Insured and include Delivery Confirmation at no additional charge. Guests have their choice of shippers (Standard, First Class, UPS or Fedex) at checkout. Checkout details the shipping charges based upon the guest's selection.
SHIPPING NOTES: JAVA & Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, and/or caused by the weather. VERY IMPORTANT: Check and re-check the delivery address. When packages are returned due to an undeliverable address, the products cannot be re-shipped to that same address and the shipping carrier still charges us for the delivery, which means we cannot refund your money. Do not let this happen to you! When the shipping carrier shows the package as being delivered and left at the door and later it is missing, we have no grounds to get your money back for you. Packages that are returned due to insufficient address provided by the client or packages considered nondeliverable by the carrier or unclaimed - may be re-delivered. The price of re-shipping will apply. Returned and refused packages are non-refundable. A signature is not required by JAVA & Co. as a standard for proof of delivery. Please make arrangements to have your package protected upon arrival. Signature requests are available for a small fee and may be ordered and added to your cart HERE. If you choose to have the carrier leave the package without a delivery signature, you agree to indemnify and hold both JAVA & Co. and the carrier harmless from any resulting claim or refund.
INTERNATIONAL orders, please email with your product interest. At this time, we are unable to ship PERISHABLE items internationally. JAVA & Co. is not responsible for any additional customs fees, taxes or tariffs. These are not included in the price of product purchase or price of shipping for International shipments.
BACKORDERS / WAITLIST: If a back ordered or wait listed item is ordered, JAVA & Co. will wait for the back ordered and wait listed item to be filled and completed before shipping any items from the order. When all items are ready, the entire order will ship at once. If you have any questions, or need products by a certain date, please email BEFORE ordering to ensure timely availability and delivery.
SECURITY: Our guests' security is of the highest priority. We have partnered with both Stripe credit card processing and Paypal for SECURE credit card and payment transactions.

JAVA & Co. GUARANTEES the freshness and quality of our products upon arrival. If your item does not arrive as described and/or as indicated, please email immediately upon receipt. For items in boxes that were damaged during shipping, please inspect shipment upon arrival and notify your courier when you take delivery. Retain all packaging materials as images may be requested by the shipping courier.
If you do not love your JAVA & Co. products, please email us within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. Just mail us back the product postmarked within 7 days after receipt of your purchase (shipment tracking is recommended) and we will either *exchange or refund you where applicable. Please include a copy of the packing slip for reference. We are unable to refund the freight charges, and we cannot accept any products after that period. *Exchanged items are subject to shipping charges for new shipments. Please note: All sale items are Final Sale and are non-returnable.
JAVA & Co.'s syrups are hot filled/heat sealed. Sealed, unopened syrups will last for many months if stored in a cool, dry place. DO NOT FREEZE syrups or expose to hot temperatures or humid conditions. Once opened, continue to store the syrup in a cool, dry place or refrigerate. The syrups are typically consumed rather quickly (so we've been told). Because we do not add preservatives or fillers or corn syrups to stabilize the sugar in our syrups, the syrups may react similar to honey. Once opened, you may begin to notice sugar crystallization and that is entirely normal and completely safe. Shelf life and longevity can be lengthened or shortened depending upon storage, heat, environmental factors and/or serving conditions. Always follow food safe practices to avoid foreign contamination when handling, storing and serving foods.
JAVA & Co.'s specialty foods and syrups are made fresh without added preservatives. Please enjoy upon receipt. If you do want to store our baked goods, please store in a cool, dry place or refrigerate or freeze (except syrups) in a sealed container for maximum longevity.
NOTE: Due to the fragile nature of cookies and biscotti, (even though with proper padding) may not arrive whole as indicated in the pictures.
HEAT SENSITIVITY NOTE: If you live in an area with high temperatures, Wake Up! Bath & Body products may need to be refrigerated upon arrival and stirred / shaken where appropriate before use.

Items will be made-to-order upon receipt of processed credit card payment, packaged and then shipped. Please allow up 5 to 10 days for receipt of payments, baking and packaging.
Depending upon the item ordered - 1% Food and / or 6.25% Candy and / or 6.25% Gift Merchandise Sales Tax is collected for Illinois orders. For out of state orders, individual consumers are responsible for reporting and paying their applicable Use Tax as outlined by their residing state.

Why won't my promo code work?
There are some items and categories which are ineligible for discounting, i.e., JAVA Pink! Campaign for the Cure, whole coffee beans, etc. The item in the cart may be an ineligible item. Promo codes cannot be combined with other discount offers, such as FREE SHIPPING. One promo code may be used per order.
Rewards Program: Look for the tab on the bottom right of the screen - Rewards Program. Click on the tab and then click the Create a Store Account or Login with an Existing One - button on the following screen. Complete the information to create a customer account. When you complete the registration as an online customer, you'll be enrolled in JAVA & Co.'s Rewards Program. If you already have an online account at www.javaandco.com or created an account prior to the Reward Program launch, your account is automatically enrolled and will begin earning points on purchases. There is no cost to join.
